REGISTER
- Registration with full payment must be received at least two weeks before the program, unless otherwise noted.
- Make checks payable to Bok Tower Gardens.
- Phone or fax registration requires a credit card payment.
- You will receive an entrance ticket for each paid program (no tickets for free programs). Please show it at the entrance gate.
- Refunds are given if cancellation is made by the registration deadline or if Bok Tower Gardens cancels the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellations are subject to a $5 processing fee, unless Bok Tower Gardens cancels the program.
- Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis, upon receipt of payment.
To register, you must first download a copy of the registration form. The form is in Adobe pdf. format, if you do not have a copy of Adobe Acrobat viewer you can download a copy for free by clicking on the link below.
Please fill out the form completely with all personal information, payment information and desired programs. When complete, either mail or fax the form to the address below.
